(GND) I did not see that the person who posted this originally had included the source/artist info, which is a shame because I would have liked to know the identity of the artist and to have the option of viewing more of their works.
A preliminary search pointed me to Peace Magazine, to be exact - the cover of their October-December 2007 issue. A representative from the magazine kindly provided the rest of the data when I inquired via email earlier today. Thanks to makyra who brought it to my attention via my dashboard.
